Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe was born into an ethnically diverse family. Her father and mother have both been English. She was lived in a housing estate run by the council in the south of London. At the age fourteen, she was enrolled at The Brit School. She attended The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London where she gained an BA in acting. She appeared in many stages during her high school days, including the stage productions King Henry V and Wuthering Heights.
Madekwe began her acting career in the film Storm Damage. Since then, she's been making appearances as a guest for Teachers, Doctors Casualty Drop Dead Gorgeous. Madekwe's debut film appearance was in Woody Allen's 2007 Cassandra's Dream opposite Colin Farrell, Ewan McGregor. Her success led her to play Elisha in a single-off BBC Three drama West 10 LDN pilot. She then appeared in the six-episode series Trexx and Flipside playing the character of Ollie. She was Bambi in the ITV2 drama Secret Diary of a Call Girl. Madekwe appeared in the comedic How to Lose Friends and alienate others (2008). The credits she has in her theatre work include Little Sweet Thing by Roy Williams as well as Flight Path by David Watson.
Madekwe was a part of Ashley Davenport for the ABC drama The Beautiful Life. The two-episode drama aired just two weeks on The CW and then it was cancelled. Ashley Davenport was her role in ABC's drama Revenge. Madekwe had appeared in all episodes of the series' first two seasons as a regular. But in May of 2013, announcement was made that she would be departing the show following her guest appearance on the opening episode for its third season. Madekwe starred as Tituba in the television series Salem between 2014 and 2016. From June to July 2012, Madekwe was married to her long-time love actor Iddo Goldberg. In addition to Secret Diary of a Call Girl they have also worked with each other on Salem and also he played part in the show with her. the show on TV.

Ashley Leggat grew up in Hamilton Ontario with an extended family. Her four older brothers were present as well including twins Todd & Bram, Brett & Rob. Ashley's brothers, who were all very athletic, played hockey in the winter and baseball during the summers, meaning she basically grew up in baseball and arenas. Ashley was not a walker, but she would dance. In the age of two and half she discovered Baby Ballet. Ashley became passionate about dance after this. Ashley continued to compete throughout high school at the top levels of competitions, such as tap, Jazz, Ballet and Pointe. She also competed in Acrobatics, Acrobatics Musical Theatre, Lyrical Hip Hop, and more. Top soloists at major competitions such as International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers, 56-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, Dance, Dance, Dance and many more were awarded to Ashley.
